Blog 6: English Language Challenges

Hi everyone! I hope everybody is fine. Today is time to say goodbye, but before then I will write about my experience with english at the university. I feel that english like other languages, is a tool that opens opportunities, whether for work, research, and even to share experiences. Then I knew that one day I would have to learn English although at first I didn’t have much will. Well, I had to study from level 2 at the university, and in these semesters I feel that I have advanced in my English, before I could not understand anything and I saw it as something unattainable, but now, in spite of the fact that it is still difficult for me to express myself, now, generally I can understand others orally and in writing. In each English course, I was afraid to share with people I did not know but later I saw it as an opportunity to share experiences, this class was not the exception. Blog 5: A photograph I like

Hi everyone! I hope everybody is fine. Today I will write about a photograph I like. For me photographs capture unique moments, it is incredible how a picture can convey so many emotions and relive experiences. In this case this photo captures a very important moment in my life, my last day of high school. (I am the one with long hair) This photograph was taken by a classmate’s mother at the end of 2018. Here we are my family and me. My dad, mom, big brother, my twin sister and myself to be specific. I like this photo because it reminds me of a very significant moment, for me, my family is the most important thing in my life, they are everything and that day after receiving letters from my parents and my brother, they were waiting for us (my sister and I were classmates) with flowers when we leaving school. Blog 4: My future job

Hi everyone! I hope everybody is fine. Today I will write about my future job. First I would like to   mention that I am lucky enough to study what motivates me, that is design. The truth is that I don’t think about the future, I live in the present as well as possible, but since I was a child I like to create stories and characters, and that is why I imagine myself in the future as an illustrator and character designer. I would love to have a graphic job that allows me to work with emotions, I am also interested in the audiovisual area, so I would also include it in my work. To get this. I need to know about emotions and how to transmit them through drawing, anatomy, color theory and forms. I also need to improve my drawing skills, learn to use different graphic tools, in addition to learning the greatest amount of knowledge about design and design projects, thinking about how important it is to know how to communicate design projects and well, projects in general. Blog 3: Movies

Hi everyone! I hope everybody is fine.  Do you like movies? I do like it, and that is why today I will write about movies. I consider that the movies represent different views on life, it catches you, it creates new worlds and it connects you with many emotions that sometimes change the way you see the world. Of all film genres, I prefer comedies and romantic comedies, I do not like terror, action or suspense but there are films that have been the exception for me, like “it”, “The Sixth Sense” and “The Call”. I don't consider myself to have favorite movies, those that you see every time they are presented on tv or from watching them periodically but the movies that I remember most are “Up”,”Mulan” and ”Tangled”. I like “Up” because it has an emotional weight for me, I had a really good time when I saw it at the movies. Blog 2: Concerts

Hi everyone! I hope everybody is fine. Today I will write about the only concert that I have gone to. It was on 29th September 2017, in the stadium “Movistar Arena”, in Santiago, Chile.  I went to Fifth Harmony’s PSA tour concert. Honestly I didn’t listen to this group but I went to accompany my twin sister. She loved this group and from talking about them so much, I learned many things about them. Fifth Harmony was a girl pop group, who debuted in 2012 after taking third place in the second season of “The X Factor”. In 2016 a member went out of the group and at present this group is on hiatus. The Fifth Harmony's most successful songs were “Worth it” (2015) and “Work From Home” (2016). Personally the whole atmosphere was new for me, and it was incredible, quite an adventure, everything was very nice in spite of the heat of the day, everyone sang their songs, and everyone's happiness was contagious. Blog 1: A country you would like to visit

  Hi everyone! I hope everybody is fine. Today is the first Blog and I am going to write about Mexico, the country that I would like to visit. I have many reasons to visit Mexico, the most important reason is because I have a mexican friend that I would love to meet in person, for her I have known many things about the mexican culture (like art, food, traditions, etc) and this is another reason to visit it. The things that I like about Mexico are the architecture, it is amazing, I would like to visit “Plaza de la Constitución” informally known as “El Zócalo”. Also I would like to try mexican food like Tamales, Mole, Pozole, among others. My friend told me that they are delicious. Another cultural tradition that I want to know in person is the celebration of the day of the dead, because it is very striking. I am impressed by the vision they have of death, the use of altars, offerings and the importance of family. I would definitely like to live this with my friend. Finally, I do
